We are seeking an experienced staff accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports. The ability to collaborate, multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines is essential. This is a startup environment so self-motivation and the ability to problem-solve is key.

Duties:

  • Work in partnership with our marketing teams and operations teams at all ARTECHOUSE locations to create a unified brand identity across diverse markets.

  • Design all of ARTECHOUSE’s print and digital marketing collateral including (but is not limited to) signage, printed flyers, retail merchandising, email, website, advertisements, social assets, and more.

  • Conceptualize, construct ideas, visually layout concepts to ensure projects are seen through from start to finish.

  • Shift between working on several projects simultaneously, and be flexible and responsive to art direction, while working diligently to meet deadlines.

  • Assist in taking photography of different installations and products and edit and prep photos for social media and marketing campaigns.

  • Be able to work in a team setting as well as be self motivated and able to work remotely.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

VIsitor Experience Representatives must also be able to handle the physical demands of the position, including standing and remaining alert for long periods of time.

Volunteer responsibilities will include: greeting daily visitors, ensuring that each one has a great experience; educating people about ARTECHOUSE’s mission and current installation; assisting in managing crowds and visitor traffic to ensure smooth operations and safety; and acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for visitors by engaging in conversation and answering all questions.
