An experienced industry professional with a background in technology and new media, you will be at the heart of development and execution of the ambitious experiential exhibition program at ARTECHOUSE. 
You will manage our exhibitions and installations in totality, from inception through completion, assuming full responsibility for day-to-day management of the production process, scheduling, planning, budgeting, hiring and managing installation crew, and scope. You will work across multiple departments including the executive team and the artists on the development and production of new large-scale commissions.  This is a startup environment so self-motivation and the ability to problem-solve is key.



  • Work directly with the artists, art director and creative team to develop and implement exhibitions and commissioned work from proposal phase to production, installation, maintenance, and de-installation to ensure a smooth start to finish.

  • Develop and manage the budget for exhibitions to encompass full project scope including fabrication, material, staffing, travel, and artist fee.

  • Create comprehensive project timelines and manage creative and development milestones and deliverables. 

  • Provide production and technical knowledge, in addition to innovation insight, to arrive at the best-possible execution decisions. 

  • Identify, procure, and manage outside vendors that are best suited for assigned projects when required.  

  • Lead the negotiation, development, and executing contracts with vendors, artists, and consultants.

  • Work in partnership with our marketing teams and operations teams at all ARTECHOUSE locations to create a unified brand identity across diverse markets.

  • Design all of ARTECHOUSE’s print and digital marketing collateral including (but is not limited to) signage, printed flyers, retail merchandising, email, website, advertisements, social assets, and more.

  • Conceptualize, construct ideas, visually layout concepts to ensure projects are seen through from start to finish.

  • Shift between working on several projects simultaneously, and be flexible and responsive to art direction, while working diligently to meet deadlines.

  • Assist in taking photography of different installations and products and edit and prep photos for social media and marketing campaigns.
