We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Marketing & Sales to lead marketing efforts for ARTECHOUSE’s multi-city locations (NYC, DC, Miami) with the goal of maximizing attendance and driving revenue.

The DOMS will manage a team of location-based Marketing Managers and a Group Sales Manager to ensure audience growth and successfully drive profit for ARTECHOUSE’s geographically-diverse art spaces by creating and executing effective sales-driven marketing plans — local advertising, public relations, communications, audience development, partnerships and community relations. This role reports to the Managing Director and will closely collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer, Director of Digital Strategy and external PR agencies to ensure success.

Additional responsibilities include setting and managing budgets, establishing ticket prices and subscription offerings, maintaining effective involvement with key community organizations, upholding key relationships with previous partners, and maintaining customer satisfaction as the driving philosophy of the business.

Assistant Location Manager WASHINGTON, DC

PART TIME / AS NEEDED

Production Crew assists in various physical installation needs during our exhibit turnovers and other special events at our venues to bring all the planning and design to life. This is a collaborative environment involving a crew of different specialties structured in a lead and a support style for most of the production. Each team works on specific areas of the installation under the direction of the onsite Production or Technical Manager and a Producer. The hours are usually 10hr days with 1 day off in the week for installation that is over 7 days long.

We are looking for various specialties including carpentry, AV Tech, Master Electrician, Lighting Tech, Carpentry, Sound Engineering/Tech, Rigging, and General Installation.

If you are a qualified candidate, a representative from our production team will contact you for a video interview. Afterwards you will be added  to our crew call list and be contacted when the appropriate opportunity arises.

  • 3+ years direct work experience in a professional production environment that involves physical installation of your specialty area.

  • Working towards, or completion of a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a visitor services role or in a hospitality position a plus.

Production Crew assists in various physical installation needs during our exhibit turnovers and other special events at our venues to bring all the planning and design to life. The DOMS will manage a team of location-based Marketing Managers and a Group Sales Manager to ensure audience growth and successfully drive profit for ARTECHOUSE’s geographically-diverse art spaces by creating and executing effective sales-driven marketing plans — local advertising, public relations, communications, audience development, partnerships and community relations. This role reports to the Managing Director and will closely collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer, Director of Digital Strategy and external PR agencies to ensure success.

Additional responsibilities include setting and managing budgets, establishing ticket prices and subscription offerings, maintaining effective involvement with key community organizations, upholding key relationships with previous partners, and maintaining customer satisfaction as the driving philosophy of the business.
