The ensemble blends new-age and classical instruments, creating a groundbreaking fusion that bridges music’s past and future—a concept that won the 2022 Red Dot Design Award. Debuting a brand new edition at ARTECHOUSE Houston, “Luminous Resonance: Elemental Soundscapes” features a 16-piece orchestra and two original digital instruments, all integrated in real-time against the immersive background of “Beyond the Light.”
This unique score transforms atomic light spectra into sound frequencies, offering a musical experience where atoms sing and stars echo like cosmic chimes, seamlessly mapping light into a symphony of sound.
Ali Phi is an Iranian-born media artist, art activist, musician, and creative technologist whose work depicts the relation between point, line, plane, light, and darkness.
With a background in environmental engineering sciences & experimental cinematic arts, His experiences in media arts started with the project ‘Elemaun’ in 2008 by audio-visual performances. The flow of his works is based on programming , generative audio-visual design, interactive media & immersive environment installations which depict the relation between geometry, science, light, poetry and their transformations in computer.
